Cancellation and returns policy

  1. The Customer has the right to cancel the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days. The cancellation period expires after 14 days from the day in which the Customer or a third party, who is not the carrier or the designated Customer, has acquired the physical possession of the goods. If the Client cancels this contract, all payments made to MGS ITALIA SRL for this contract, will be reimbursed without undue delay and, in any case within 14 days from the date in which MGS ITALIA SRL receives the cancellation notice. Said refund will be carried out by using a Credit card or PayPal. The refund will be made on the basis of the payment method chosen by the Customer. In any case, the Customer will not incur any additional costs as a consequence of said reimbursement, excepting the shipment cost. The refund can be suspended until receipt of the goods or until proof of re-shipment of the goods is furnished by the Client, if this happens before. Only in the event that the product is defective or different from the one ordered, the customer can request a free replacement of the item. In all other cases there will only by a refund of the amount paid, minus the shipping costs.(€ 11.90).
  2. To exercise the right of cancellation, the Customer must inform MGS ITALIA SRL of his/her decision to cancel this contract by means of an explicit declaration via e-mail to customer@perletti.com, with the subject “Return request” and the following informations:
    a) Name, Surname and shipping address.
    b)Email address to receive the label that needs to be printed and glued firmly to the parcel.
    c) Reason for return: if product is defective or different from that requested, attach a picture to indicate the problem.
    d) The number of the order for which a return is requested and the bar code of the items that need to be returned. If a return of the whole order is requested select "ALL ITEMS".
  3. In the event of the product being defective or different from the one ordered, we will provide free replacement of the item. For all other reasons, the cost of return is € 11.90.
  4. It is extremely important to remove all labels already on the packet before applying the new one, which we will send you by mail. Finally, check that everything is closed and sealed properly.
  5. The Customer will use the FedEx Global Returns service to deliver the products he or she wishes to return, choosing between one of the following options:
    a) Call Customer Service to schedule a return package pick-up. You don’t need a FedEx account number, but you do need to specify that you are requesting a pick-up for a return shipment.
    b) Drop off return packages at a convenient FedEx location . Use our convenient Locator Tool to find the nearest FedEx location.
    c) Schedule a pickup online. Pickups for returns can be scheduled online with a FedEx account number.
  6. In the event that the Customer should choose this option, the Seller will send a confirmation of the cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period via e-mail and without delay.
  7. The right to cancellation is deemed as having been correctly exercised when the following conditions have been met:
    a) Sending an e-mail as indicated above;
    b) The products must be unused and un-damaged.
  8. The products must be returned with the original labels and tags as originally affixed to them and in perfect condition, new, unused and in their original packaging. The Customer will be responsible for any lower value of the goods caused by handling that differs from what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. The returned goods will be subjected to quality control. The Customer must re-ship the goods or deliver them to MGS ITALIA SRL, without undue delays and, in any case, within 14 days from the date in which she/he has communicated the cancellation from this contract. The term is considered as respected if the Customer re-ships the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
